FRIENDS OF PASSMORE CENTERANNUAL HOLIDAY MARKET GREETINGS VENDORS.  AS OF TODAY, OCTOBER 14, 2024, WE ARE SOLD OUT AND CAN ACCEPT NO FURTHER PAID APPLICATIONS.  IF YOU WANT TO BE PUT ON THE WAITING LIST, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION.  YOU'LL SEE THAT THERE IS A $1.00 CHARGE FOR EACH TABLE REQUESTED.  WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF WE CAN SQUEEZE IN MORE TABLES THAN LAST YEAR AND WILL CREDIT THE TABLE CHARGE TO YOUR FINAL FEES DUE. IF YOU WOULD PREFER TO COMPLETE A PAPER APPLICATION, PLEASE GO TO THE PASSMORE CENTER AND THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE. Set-up Times:  Friday Afternoon 11/22/24 from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm, and Saturday morning 11/23/24 beginning at 8:00 am(Please park only in designated areas) In house concessions will be available by Friends of the Passmore Center for consumption on the premises.  Gift packaged food items prepared by the vendors should be designated for off-premises consumption to avoid competition with the Friends fundraiser for the Passmore Center. All vendors are asked to assist with the promotion of this event including word of mouth and handing out flyers.   If you are unable to participate and would like to donate items for the Friends to sell as a part of the Passmore Center Fundraiser at the Market, please deliver those items to the center on Friday afternoon 11/22 from 4:00-6:00 pm. Friends members will be available to accept your donation and can provide you with an in-kind contribution form if you would like one.  All proceeds will go to programs and services at the Passmore Senior Center.
