The Theta Chi of Tampa Bay Epsilon Zeta chapter is hosting our first annual charity golf fundraiser at The Eagles Golf Club.  Join us for a fun-filled day on February 18th to raise funds for the chapter, The Take-A-Lap Charity (Read Below), and Carson Senfield Scholarship Fund (Read Below). The format of the event will be a shotgun scramble with teams of 4. Each team will have one designated Captain. The Captain will complete the registration under the Foursome Team Ticket. This event is honor of Alumnus Brother Derek LaPlante, Omega Pledge Class 2014, UT Class of 2018. Brother LaPlante was tragically taken from us in the Fall of 2021. His family in conjunction with the Chapter created the Take-A-Lap fundraiser to raise awareness Narcan and substance misuse.  Carson Senfield Scholarship FundIn his honor, The Alumni Board in conjunction with the Chapter created the Carson Senfield Scholarship which is awarded to a brother that best exemplifies the values and memory of Carson.  Carson Senfield was in the Alpha Omicron Pledge class in 2022, and would be a Junior at UT this year. If the course closes prior to the Group completing 5 holes, an 18-Hole Rain Check will be given to each Player. If the course closes after the Group has completed at least 12 holes, a 9-Hole Rain Check will be given to each Player. Once the Golf Outing starts, the food and beverage portion of the event is incurred and full payment for the event is still expected.
