Taalim Yatra is a concert series organized by Taalim Foundation to create a fruitful environment both for audiences of Indian performing arts, but also for the practitioners themselves. With the philosophy that music and dance are not only important but vital, Taalim works to provide spaces that bring high quality performances to audiences of all ages and backgrounds while also giving fair pay to the performers who work so hard to cultivate their art form. For your registration and entry, we ask for a token payment of $10 made as a tax deductible donation to Taalim Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which will support future events that grow a thriving community around the practice and performance of music and dance.

We will also feature accompaniment to our artists by Abhik Mukherjee on Sitar and Rohan Prabhudesai on Harmonium.  ** PLEASE NOTE: There is no designated parking for this event.
