Jon Davis is a versatile artist from Tuba City, Arizona, who has swiftly risen to prominence in music and entertainment. From his beginnings on the Navajo Indian reservation to his musical journey in New York City, Jon's powerful vocals and lyrical prowess have earned him recognition on global playlists.

Florida legend Joey Gilmore is a distinguished figure in the world of blues and soul. He’s played at festivals and venues all over the world, sharing the stage with greats such as James Brown, Etta James, Johnny Taylor, and Bobby Bland, among others. 

In 2006, Gilmore won the IBC, the most distinguished and internationally coveted award in all of blues. This is just one of many awards and honors bestowed upon Gilmore.

As a teen he began his love affair with the guitar, learning from a local barbershop owner. The electric guitar fascinated Gilmore and he would hang around the shop just to get his hands on the guitar. After learning through observation and practice, Gilmore’s talent would shine. Decades later, he’s well-established and still getting better.

Miami-based saxophonist, Jack Brandfield is a passionate musician who brings his own style to every musical setting he finds himself in. His debut album release on Gut String Records, I’ll Never Be The Same features Rodney Whitaker on bass and Randy Napoleon on guitar and was awarded Editors Pick of the Month by Downbeat Magazine. Jack holds a degree B.M from Michigan State University and an M.M. from the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami.

Jack Brandfield Trio - January 20, 2024

A Detroit native, Leesa Richards started her career as a dancer on a world tour with the legendary Whitney Houston. Soon after she combined her love for music and dance, for the role of Mary Magdalene in the national tour of the Broadway musical, Jesus Christ Superstar. Richards earned critical acclaim leading to featured performances throughout the US and Europe.  Richards has performed and/or recorded with some of music's biggest voices including Barbara Streisand, Lenny Kravitz, Faith Hill, The Bee Gees, Gloria Estefan, and Carole King.

Valerie Tyson Band - March 16, 2024

Tal Cohen is a Grammy award-winning jazz pianist currently located in Miami. He has received much acclaim including winning the Barry Harris National Piano Competition and was the recipient of the prestigious Freedman Fellowship he performed to a sold-out crowd at the Sydney Opera House. 

 Recently, Tal Cohen has been playing around the Globe with Terence Blanchard, Greg Osby, Ignacio Berroa, Joe Lovano, and others. he currently leads his own ensemble which has performed at Iconic jazz festivals and venues that include Jazzbez Jazz Festival (Ukraine), Detroit Jazz Festival, Melbourne Jazz Festival (Australia), and a three week residency at the Black Cat (San Fransisco).  

His most recent album- "Gentle Giants" has received international acclaim and gained him many reviews including a 4-star review from the historic Downbeat Magazine. 

Cohens becomes one of the most in-demand pianists as he continues to tour the globe with his unique blend of Jewish melodies, traditional jazz Harmony, and an impeccable rhythmic pallet forging a path to be remembered.

Tal Cohen Trio - April 20, 2024

"'J'" is for Jazz in South Florida and Jesse Jones, Jr. is here to prove it.  The Miami native is a saxophonist extraordinaire and continues to be at the forefront of a burgeoning jazz renaissance in South Florida.  Jesse and his brother, Melton Mustafa, who is one of the great trumpet players of our time has been a running force in music for many years.  Jesse Jones Jr. is one of those hidden treasures that you can't help but share with the world.  Jesse overwhelms you with his infectious positive attitude and dynamic stage presence.  

Jesse Jones Jr. attended Mississippi Valley State University where he excelled in music, but his journey started in Miami where as a young kid he would listen to a neighbor practice his sax while playing along with Cannonball Adderly albums.  "I loved that sound and knew right then I was going to be a musician for the rest of my life."  After college Jones joined the military and became a member of the US Navy Show Band.  He traveled throughout North and South America where he was given the opportunity to develop his showmanship skills.  Besides playing the sax, clarinet, and flute, Jesse sang, tap dance, and did comedy skits, and found that he had a natural gift for getting the crowd to become part of him.  "I just love to perform and make people feel good and satisfied with what they are hearing and seeing."  After serving out his four-year term in the military, Jesse lived in Boston for a while, then back to his hometown Miami, where he signed with Fantasy Records in 1996 and produced his first CD titled "Soul Serenade."  Most recently promoting his latest CD, released May 1, 2009, "The So Then Collection."  With this CD, you not only hear great music, but you can also taste the many sweet flavors coming from this wonderful musician/entertainer.  Through the many years of performing, music has treated me well.  I have performed with Donald Byrd, Blue Mitchell, Dextor Gordon, Joe Williams, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Eartha Kitt, Clark Terry, Allan Harris, Ira Sullivan, Melton Mustafa, Dr. Lonnie Smith, Monty Alexander, to name a few.
