The Crown & Shield Foundation is a 501(c)(3) production company that creates scripted and unscripted content for kids because what they watch today dictates who they will become tomorrow.  TCSF believes that it’s time that the people who produce the content that your kids watch should actually care about your children, their well-being and their futures. TCSF Taylor Swift Raffle Rules and Regulations 1. The TCSF Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Raffle Grand Prize will be two (2) floor tickets for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour Concert in New Orleans, Louisiana on Friday, October 25, 2024, two (2) nights in a hotel, and a $500 dollar VISA gift card. One (1) grand prize winner will be selected. 2. A maximum of 1300 chances will be sold. Because Taylor’s favorite number is 13 (but times 100). 3. Official TCSF Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Raffle entries must be legibly completed in their entirety with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card information (if not paying by check) in order to enter the drawing. Please make checks payable to The Crown & Shield Foundation. 4. Only official entries are eligible for the drawing. No facsimiles or e-mails are permitted. The purchase price of one raffle ticket is $200.00 and entries may be purchased in the following manner: a. Online at tcsf.org/taylor. All online orders end at 5 pm on  Friday, August 30, 2024. b. Phone at 504.957.0032. All phone orders end at 5 pm on Friday, August 30, 2024. c. Mail: The Crown & Shield Foundation 6319 Marshall Foch Street Suite 24203 New Orleans Louisiana 70124-3917. All entries must be post marked by Monday August 19, 2024. The Crown & Shield Foundation is not responsible for prompt delivery by the United States Postal Service. Please allow at least five business days for the US Postal Service delivery of raffle entries. 5. If an entrant’s credit card is declined by the bank, the raffle tickets purchased by the entrant shall be declared invalid unless and until full payment is made prior to the actual drawing. Likewise, any dishonored check will be considered an invalid entry and the entrant will be notified by phone or e-mail. Payments are not tax-deductible contributions. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. 6. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility. Under no circumstances, shall there be any cash equivalent distribution to entrants whose tickets are drawn. The TCSF Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Raffle will be held on Monday September 2, 2024 at 2:00 pm in Destin, Florida. The purchaser(s) of the winning ticket need(s) not be present to win. Winner shall be notified at the telephone number provided on winner’s entry. In the event that the winning ticket contains unverifiable information deeming it impossible to identify the winning entrant within four (4) weeks after the drawing, or the winning entrant is unreachable, the winning entrant may be disqualified and shall forfeit all interest in the prizes. In such instances, subsequent drawings shall be held until a qualified identifiable winner is identified. 13. In the event that more than one name may be stated on the winning raffle ticket(s), the winner(s) must provide the Social Security number for the designated winner. Delivery of the prize will be made solely to the entrant declared as the winner. It is the sole responsibility of the entrants in a multiple party entry to allocate the prize among themselves, with one and only one entrant designated as the winner. 14.
