Together we will learn more about the seven types of rest needed for optimal health, how rest deficits impact our physical health, and how this can also impact our grief journey. Grief is not only experienced due to the death of a loved one. Grief can also be the result of the loss of a job, divorce, empty nest syndrome, loss of health, and loss of motherhood dreams to name but a few. Let’s begin 2024 focusing on self-care. On making sure that we know ways to fill our cup back up with the type of rest our body needs on a daily basis.
We will spend our time engaging with one another through planned heartfelt activities and speakers. We look forward to having you join us. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks will be provided and a special evening gathering around the campfire (weather permitting) will complete our day.
Proceeds from this event will help further the ministry efforts of Footprints on the Heart.
