A larger booth can be secured for an additional fee. Drop in rate is $35.00 per day. Approved returning vendors may be eligible for a reduced fee of $100. </div><p style="margin:0px;line-height:1.5"><br /></p><p style="width:100%;margin:0px;box-sizing:inherit;line-height:1.5;max-width:100%">Kids Club donations are also welcome. </p><div>The application fee is for 1 season of the Lake Cities Trade Days. It will take place weekly, April 12-August 16. Please let the market manager know if you plan to miss a Saturday. </span></p><div><span><br /></span></div><div><strong>What about insurance and certificates?</strong></div><div>All food vendors are responsible for meeting Health Dept. and City requirements. </div><div>Food vendors (including egg vendors) are required to show proof of insurance and maintain a health inspection certificate. </div><div>Cottage law vendors will follow cottage law guidelines and recommendations. </div><div>Dog treat and dog food vendors will be required to show proof of insurance.</div><div>"Activity" vendors will be required to show proof of insurance. </div><div>Egg vendors must follow Texas laws and meet Health Dept and City Requirements.</div><div><br /></div><div><strong>I am a non profit do I need to pay the application fee?</strong></div><div>If the applicant is a non-profit organization looking to provide free goods or services, they may apply as such, providing a copy of their IRS Affirmation Letter and 501(c)(3) EIN. Non profits will follow the same guidelines and for profit vendors, unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon with the market manager. </div><div><br /></div><div>In order to process this application, please ensure that all fields are filled in and that all information is<br />accurate.<br /><br /><strong>Where is my issued application valid?</strong><br />The applicant understands that the issued application is only valid for use on the Lake Cities Trade Days property on which the events have been established.</div><div><br /></div><div><strong>What if I need electricity?</strong></div><div>Electricity can not be guaranteed! If the applicant has need of electrical power, they will list the extent of their need on this application. There will be a limited amount of electrical power available to be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Booths needing electrical power will not be in the same space as the non electrical power vendors.</div><div><br /></div><div><strong>What facilities are available?</strong></div><div>This is an outdoor event. We will do everything in our power to keep the market open, but sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control we may be required to close. This may include extreme Texas weather. You will be notified by Facebook or email if the market must close. There will be no refunds for inclement weather or closure due to extreme circumstances. Spaces are secured on a first application and payment received basis. There are no guarantees regarding preferences for space locations.</div><div><br /></div><div><strong>May I have signs?</strong><br />The applicant understands that they are responsible for placement and removal of any signs or<br />promotions relating to their specific business or organization.
