**Terms of Sale for Night at the Embassy Gala at UW Tower**
**1. Acceptance of Terms**
By purchasing a ticket to the Night at the Embassy Gala at UW Tower ("Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not purchase a ticket.
**2. Ticket Purchase and Event Admission**
Tickets to the Event are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Each ticket grants one person admission to the Event and is not transferable. You must present valid identification along with your ticket for entry.
**3. No Refund Policy**
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, event cancellation, or dissatisfaction with the Event.
**4. Conduct at Event**
You agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is courteous and respectful to other attendees, staff, and property at the Event premises. You acknowledge that failure to do so may result in your removal from the Event without any refund.
**5. Fines and Penalties**
If you vomit or otherwise soil or damage the premises, a cleaning and maintenance fee of $200 will be charged. This fee compensates for the additional cleaning and repair required to restore the premises.
**6. Liability for Damages**
You are liable for any damages you cause to the premises or property at the Event. You agree to reimburse the organizers, JSSA (Jackson School Student Association) and WILS ( Women in Law Society), for any costs related to repairing or replacing damaged property caused by your actions.
**7. Limitation of Liability**
JSSA and WILS will not be liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or other losses incurred by attendees at the Event, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the organizers.
**8. Indemnification**
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JSSA, WILS, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or participation in the Event.
**9. Modifications to the Terms**
The organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the modified terms on the event’s website. Your continued use of tickets following the posting of changes to these Terms will mean that you accept those changes.
**10. Governing Law**
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where UW Tower is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
**11. Dispute Resolution**
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
