Day Camp Payment - Summer 2025

For your convenience, you can make a full payment or several partial payments over time. 

For amounts less than $10, use "Add a donation for Kimball Camp Outdoor Center." Additional Donations will be applied to camp tuition unless otherwise specified.

A $50 non-refundable deposit (per week of camp) is required at time of registration. 

All costs must be paid in full by June 1, 2025. 

Registrations submitted after June 1, 2025 must be paid in full to reserve a place at camp.

Other Ways to Pay:

Payment via camper fundraisers, cash, and checks are also accepted. 

Cash payments may brought into the office. 

Checks can be mailed to Kimball Camp Outdoor Center, 4502 Berlin Drive, Reading MI 49274. Include your camper's full name in the "for" section.

Camp Store:

You can add Store Credit for your camper at any time before or during their time at camp. Any remaining balance can be returned to you at the end of camp or donated to support our campership fund. 

Financial Assistance is available:

We believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience camp. If you need assistance covering the cost of camp please reach out so that we can connect you to our resources.

Note: 

This secure payment platform allows Kimball Camp and other not-for-profit businesses to skip the surcharge of online payments. There will be an optional donation to Zeffy that may auto-populate on the form, but it is not required. If you wish, you can click the drop down button and select "other," then type "0." This will eliminate the recommended donation to Zeffy, should you wish not to donate. Please consider making a donation to Zeffy if you are able to. Your support helps them to provide this free service to nonprofits, and keeps our operating costs lower so we can continue to provide affordable, fun camps to people of all ages!
