This event is a great way for runners and walkers to explore the Fairhope South community while learning about our mission: Nurturing Unity and Relationships through Food, Healing, and Education. Details for the event:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Mayor Sherry Sullivan of the City of Fairhope will start off the race promptly at 8:00 am. The race starts and finishes at the corner of Twin Beech Road and South Section Street, at the historic Anna T. Jeanes School property, which served as a vital educational institution for Fairhope&rsquo;s African American community during segregation. The course will also feature our property at the corner of Middle and Young Streets. We are working to transform these two properties into a healthy teaching farm, community center, trails and community gardens.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">After the race, participants and community members are invited to stay for the after-party under the oaks, which will include an awards ceremony led by long-time Hope Community supporter, Cecil Christenberry, music by Fairhope South&rsquo;s energetic deejay, Demetrius Martin (DJ Meat)</li></ul>By supporting this event, you will not only link your brand to our 501(c)(3) non-profit organization but also contribute to positive change in our community. Let&#39;s come together to support our community and have a blast! Please Note:&nbsp;We will need each participant to fill out on a separate Google form their personal information (names, date of birth, t-shirt sizes, emergency contact info) once your sponsorship has been finalized.
