Every Monday at Prince of Peace 6:15-7:30.&nbsp; Share your knowledge in a culminating presentation on Thursday November 19, 2026. Each session blends accessible choreography with cultural dance technique. Whether you&rsquo;re new to dance or returning to it, you&rsquo;ll find a welcoming community, clear guidance, and space to go at your own pace. No dance experience is necessary. This inter generational class is open to all ages and abilities.&nbsp; By registering, you help INNERGY keep dance and movement inclusive, affordable, and open to all in our community.&nbsp;
