You have consented to the following provisions of the Disclaimer, Payment Requirements, and Liability Agreement (as of September 11, 2023).  ---1. The Renter agrees with the John Wiley Brock VFW Post 6683 to rent the Post facilities located at 2615 Country Road 537, Enterprise, Alabama, 36330, for $300 per day (public rate); $250 (Veteran, non-VFW Post 6683 member); or $150 per day (Post 6683-member rate) and all charges incidental to the event listed in this agreement as entered by the host (as of the date listed above). The rental day begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 11 p.m. Rentals that extend beyond these hours are considered multi-day rentals. At least one rental period must be paid to secure the rental on the calendar. Cancellations made after payment and more than 14 days in advance will be fully refunded. After 14 days, the host will forfeit all payments and only be refunded if the Post can find a new rental for the canceled rental period. ---2. The renter is responsible for any damage inside or on the ground that arises during the rental period. No post-owned decorations, portraits, or plaques may be removed from the walls. Use only painter's tape to hang decorations. Tablecloths are not provided (10-6ft and three large circles). Durable kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and equipment are available. Consumable food, drinks, condiments, etc., are the property of JWB Post 6683. A reasonable donation that covers the actual cost is warranted if they are consumed. The renter is responsible for arranging the Post table and Chairs as they were found and for general clean-up. The Post offers the most competitive rental venue in the area because we are an all-volunteer, non-profit organization. Please help us keep our rates as low as possible. ---3. The host further understands and agrees that this event and its guests will comply with all local, county, state, and federal laws, especially those covering gambling, drugs, and alcoholic beverages. Any interaction with law enforcement or other first responders MUST be reported immediately to the Post by calling/texting the Post Quartermaster at 907-854-1320. The Post building and grounds are monitored and subject to recording. All guests consent to record by entering the property. Video recordings are for security purposes and are not stored, shared, or sold for purposes other than protecting the property, our members/partners, and our renters. ---4. Further, the host agrees that if any collection action is required to enforce this agreement, the host will be held responsible for all attorney and collection fees.
