This means MORE FUN for you and your fun friends! Worn wristbands are required to drink alcoholic beverages at The Fell&#39;s Point Fun Festival. They are included in these packages. Drink tickets can only be used at OFFICIAL Fell&#39;s Point Festival Bars. Each ticket you buy supports the preservation of Federal Hill and Fells Point&rsquo;s historic streets, buildings, and waterfront. Enjoy the festival while helping protect the character and stories that make these neighborhoods unique.
