Join Survivors RISE for free online yoga&nbsp;on Tuesday, June 24 from 6-7pm! As an online event, you can join us from the comfort of your home or wherever best suits you. Trauma Sensitive Yoga is a specific style of yoga that is slow, gentle, and deeply relaxing, giving participants many options to ensure they are able to take what they need from the class.
