Students will create their own stylized bracelet that combines chain, charms, and custom-crafted beaded dangles. This workshop will cover proper tool use, how to craft comfortable and sturdy pieces, and how to consider a wide range of details that go into the design process. We will also review how the skills learned here can be applied to creating other types of jewelry pieces, making the workshop a great place to start. Materials:  It is strongly recommend that students bring their own set of jewelry pliers (round nose, chain nose, and wire cutters); pliers will be available for students to share who do not have their own. All other materials will be supplied, but students can also bring their own beads, charms, headpins/eyepins, chain, and clasps if they wish.
