Dick "Slider" Gilmore's presentations are famous across the U.S.  You will enjoy the talk and the venue.  Slider is legendary in the biker community, and he is full of stories.  He's the real deal: been there, done that.  He received his EMT-I rating in Iowa in 1987.  He worked in EMS for years, including being a Basic Life Instructor for 10 year.  He is a founding member of the Two Wheel Trauma Team.   He has given his educational programs in over 40 states in the last 30+ years, but he has never spoken in Alabama.  He had a dream of checking Alabama off his list, AND going to see the Barber Motorsports museum.  We are making his wish come true!  Slider has been inducted into the Sturgis Motorcycle Hall of Fame, the Sturgis Freedom Fighters Hall of Fame, the National Motorcycle Hall of Fame, the MRF Hall of Fame, and the AMA Hall of Fame.  He has been riding motorcycles for over 60 years.
