Addresses for each home will be provided when you purchase your ticket.  Cash (exact change please) and check will be accepted on the day of the event at the Cleveland Library or any home on the tour.Downtown Cleveland will be busy with holiday activities and some parking lots will be closed.  Parking for the Telford Home and Historic Courthouse will be available at the library and hot chocolate will be served for participants.All proceeds will benefit the construction of a new White County Public Library in Cleveland.

You'll receive a Tour of Homes wristband at your first stop, granting access to all homes on the tour.  See below for addresses and history of White County homes on the tour.  Crescent Hill Baptist Church was built in the 1870s by Capt. Nichols, who also built the beautiful Italianate house next door. The little church was established as a Presbyterian church. It was purchased by Dr. Hardman in 1902, and became Crescent Hill Baptist Church in 1921. It is one of the most photographed scenes in White County, and is located next to Hardman Farm on Ga. 17, Sautee Nacoochee.  **Live holiday music will be ongoing during the tour**  Sautee Inn – E.P. Williams built his home on this property in the 1800s. The Green family bought the property and built the Green hotel. Purchased by the Alley family in 1896, the building burned within a year and the Alley family re-built. Part of the building was removed after Charlotte Templeton bought it in 1940. It has been restored and renovated and is currently managed by Rebecca and Mike Hollis and Ron Geraneo. In front of the building remains part of the rock wall that lined the Unicoi Trail and a stone bench where people waited for the stage coach to pick them up. Located at 2178 Ga. 17, Sautee Nacoochee.  Historic White County Courthouse - Located in downtown Cleveland, the Courthouse was built in the late 1850s of bricks handmade from Mossy Creek clay. It served the county until the new courthouse was opened in 1964.  1 Courthouse Square, Cleveland. Blank and Heather Ward Home in The Willows, 398 Willows Drive, Cleveland. Telford-Kenimer House was built in the latter half of the 19th century by R. T. Kenimer. He raised pears and apples on the property and had ownership interests in the White County Bank and Kenimer Store, both in Cleveland. 80 W. Jarrard Street, Cleveland. Keri and Cesar Pacheco Home, 436 Asbestos Road, Cleveland. **Parking for the Telford-Kenimer House and the Historic Courthouse will be available at the Cleveland Library and hot chocolate will be served for participants** (Look for Tour of Homes signs!) Your Tour of Homes wristband entitles you to a 10% discount off 1 meal at Clyde’s Table and Tavern December 7 (dine-in only.) Additionally, most vendors at Vintage Blessings will offer a 15% discount on December 7 for those with a Tour of Homes wristband.
