Winning Ticket will be awarded:• Accommodation for 2 x Hunters for 5 days and 6 nights. Hunters willshare a room, and this will be a 2x1 hunt. (2 clients and 1 PH) Unlesseach client wants his/her own professional Hunter, that will be anadditional $180 charge per client per day. We do recommend this ifhunters start adding more trophies to their list. Less pressure on all, PHcan spend more time on each hunter selecting GOOD trophies.• All meals, drinks in moderation, daily laundry, and transport duringSafari.• A Licensed Professional Hunter with trackers/skinners with a fullyequipped hunting vehicle• Field Preparation of Trophies/Skinning and Salting• Delivery of Trophies to our local Dipping Agency/Local Taxidermist Included in the donation are 1 x Impala, and 1 x Zebra for EACH HUNTER Excluded from raffle package:• Air Fares to and from Johannesburg International Airport and All charterflights if needed. (DELTA Airlines is our first choice, as they offer a NON-STOP flight from Atlanta to Johannesburg)• Accommodation before or after the Safari• Additional trophies may be added as per the current 2024/2025 priceguide at the time of the Safari. The winner of the hunt may add moredays/people/trophies as per the 2024/2025 price guide. As a BONUS....we will add a 10% discount to each one’s final bill for additionaltrophies, excluding any of the BIG 5 animals.• All additional sightseeing excursions• Transfer Fee of $450 per person. Pick-up from the airport, drop-off atcamp, and back to the airport. 3-hour trip from Airport inJohannesburg to Camp in Limpopo.• Hunting License/Permits of $650 per hunter. This is needed to legallyhunt in South Africa and export the trophies.• Taxidermy Charges• Dipping and shipping of trophies to the destination.• Gratuities to Professional hunters, skinners, trackers, and all camp staff.• We have rifles available for rent at $60 per rifle per day. After winning, A $1100 deposit (Transfer fee/Licenses) per hunter is required to confirmdates for the Safari. This deposit will need to be paid 6 months beforethe commencement of the Safari to confirm and lock dates. This depositwill cover the Transfer Fee and Hunting Licenses.No animals can be or will be swapped for other animals.
