Built around the theme of 'Ha-WINE-in Lū `au, your meal will be crafted to evoke the warm breezes and unique tastes of Hawaii, using local ingredients paired perfectly with local wines. Each course will be introduced by the Chef and winemaker, providing a fun and interesting explanation of the pairing.  Share this experience with 7 other guests when you purchase a table for eight, or purchase individual tickets for you and a friend or two. Plan to arrive by 5:00 to check in and receive a Welcome Cocktail, meet and mingle, before settling into dinner at 6 pm. You will find ample parking at the Inn. If you or your guests have any dietary restrictions, please contact me as soon as possible so I can let the Chef know in advance. He will do what he can to accommodate those needs.  Dress is comfortable dining-out attire: guests have been known to show up in sports jackets and dresses, but we haven't seen ball gowns yet! In the spirit of Hawaii, feel free to come in honor of her people, colors, and culture! Bottom line: make yourself comfortable! As a reminder, I will be emailing a reminder about one week in advance of the dinner.
