Registration Fee

All participants must have a current USAV membership to sign up and attend this tryout. If you do not have a current USAV Junior Membership, please purchase a USAV Tryout Membership ($20) which is available at <a href="https://www.psrvb.org/memberships">https://www.psrvb.org/memberships</a> after July 1st and indicate you are buying a tryout membership on your form when USAV number is requested. Bring your USAV membership number and a completed PSR medical Release Form with you to the tryout. Additional forms must be signed at the facility on the day of tryouts. *If paying by credit card, please be sure to add the recommended fee coverage provided by Zeffy. Otherwise, please pay by ACH/e-check!
