Compost Creation: Tuesday, April 30 @ 5:00 PM
In late April, the focus shifts to composting, an essential practice for sustainable gardening. Attendees will learn how to create nutrient-rich compost from organic waste and receive a portion to enrich their own gardens. Discussions will revolve around composting methods and the environmental benefits of waste diversion.
Crop Cultivation: Tuesday, May 28 @ 5:00 PM
As summer approaches, participants will engage in planting summer crops and flowers, enhancing biodiversity and aesthetic appeal in their gardens. They will leave equipped with seedlings, transplants, and insights into companion planting for optimal growth.Through this comprehensive workshop series, we aspire to foster a sense of community, environmental stewardship, and self-sufficiency among participants, ultimately transforming neighborhoods into vibrant green spaces.

Q: Do I have to register for all three sessions? What if I can't make a session?
No, you are more than welcome to only attend the sessions that interest you. However, for the full community gardening experience, we recommend that you register for all three, as you'll get the full community gardening experience!
Q: How much does each session cost?
All sessions are free of charge! However we always appreciate donations as it is how we primarily fund events such as these ones. You will be given the option to add a donation upon checkout/registration.
Q: Do I need any gardening experience?
No experience required! In fact, beginners may find that they will learn the most out of these sessions.
Q: Will I need to bring anything with me?
Just yourself! All materials will be provided by PePo. We may ask you to bring in the results of your previous sessions to the later sessions if you will be attending multiple, but that will be communicated to you prior.
