If your child is receiving First Holy Communion or Confirmation, there is an additional $100 fee/per student.  This is typically a child entering 2nd or 8th grade.  To receive the sacrament, the child must have completed the sacramental prep in the previous year (1st grade or 7th grade).

Thank you for completing your Faith Formation registration.  Payment is due at the time of registration.   Classes will begin September 15th.  You will receive confirmation of class placement once we have reviewed your registration and ensure we have received all the required paperwork.   God Bless, The Children's Faith Formation Team
