2024 6th Grade Camp Bernie Trip

6th Grade MS 447 Families,

We are pleased to announce this year's Annual 6th grade overnight trip to Camp Bernie. Camp Bernie is a YMCA camp located in Port Murray, NJ. Students will have the opportunity to participate in community building activities, active activities with a range of intensities, and the chance to meet and develop friendships with other 6th grade students outside of their official class. The result of this trip is new friendships and a deeper sense of community and connection that will last throughout their time at MS 447. 

Our trip to Camp Bernie will take place from Thursday, November 14th to Friday, November 15th.

The cost of the trip is $200 per student.

No student will be turned away from the opportunity to experience this amazing camp, but any additional amount to help offset the cost is much appreciated. If you can, please contribute extra to help cover other students and teachers.
