Field Trip: Big Trees Guided Tour -May 30th

DETAILS:

🗓️ Thursday | May 30th

⌚ 9:30 am- 11:00 pm

📏 The tour is limited to ages 5 years and older. Younger siblings are welcome to follow the group on the trail.

⏰ Participants will be divided into 3 groups based on student age. (5 years and up)

⏰ We will rotate between the tour, watching a movie in the visitor's center, and other activities.

🎟️ TICKET OPTIONS:

>$3/per participant.

> All students over age 5 and adults participating in the guided tour MUST have a ticket.

> Any child, 4 and under, and any adults NOT participating in the guided tour do NOT require a ticket.

💵Payment due by May 17th, if spots are available.

> The first 10 families to purchase tickets will receive a Parking Pass

> All other families will need to bring $10 in cash to pay for parking the day of.

👟 Wear close toe shoes, sunblock, and bug spray; if desired.

🍱 Bring plenty of snacks, water, and a lunch.

We must have 20 participants sign-up to secure the event. If we do not meet this minimum, we will have to cancel or increase costs. Max 60 spots available. There are no other refunds once you commit. Tickets can be traded if VFC is notified before the day of the event.

💚"Sponsor a friend" tickets allow for those undergoing financial stress to share in our fun at VFC. These tickets will be provided to families who have requested monetary assistance in order to provide their children with enriching social experiments such as the one here. A key component of a cooperative is sharing resources. Any unused funds will be passed onto a family wishing to attend a future paid event. Thank you for your contribution.
