Come dance with us at the School of Nashville Ballet for a donation based dance movement class designed exclusively for members of the LGBTQIA+ community! DANCEFIX is an ultimate high-energy, adult dance workout class  bursting with diverse choreography, ranging from hip hop to jazz, spicy Latin rhythms, and soulful lyrical movements. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just starting out, this hour-long sessions is tailored to suit everyone. The class will kick things off with a short warm-up, followed by a toning session to strengthen, and then dive into 45 minutes of original choreography that will leave you feeling exhilarated and accomplished. All levels are encouraged to join, so don't hesitate to step into our studio. Comfortable attire is recommended to ensure you can move freely. Just bring your water bottle and get ready to groove!  Come be a part of our vibrant community as we dance our way to fitness and joy. We can't wait to see you there!
