
PARTICIPANT GUIDELINES
FOOD VENDORS: PLEASE DO NOT PAY WITHOUT SPEAKING TO A STAFF MEMBER FIRST!!!!!!
- You must have current proof of insurance
- We prefer that you have a website so we may refer you in the future (Not Required)
- Please advise how many outlets will be needed
- All Food and Service Must be pre-made; We do not have a prep kitchen
- If you wish to be the exclusive food vendor, your fee will increase to $175 (the cost of 5 Food Vendor Spaces Taken Away)
- Setup Begins at 10:00AM (Please be set and ready go at least 30 minutes before event begins!)
- Booth location is picked at time of registration and may not be changed
- Volunteers will be available to assist
- Limited number of dolly's will be available
- All must stay entire time of event or you will not be invited back for next event
- HAND-MADE CRAFT ITEMS ONLY
- Direct sales are NOT permitted
- Garage sale or flea markets WILL NOT BE ALLOWED
- Ready-to-eat food products that are to be consumed on the premises will be allowed, however Vendor is to presume all health code obligations such has proper handling of food items from Vendor to Consumer and notice of allergens
- No smoking or pets (unless service certified) are allowed anywhere on the premises
**Any prohibited items will be removed by Fair Committee. The Committee reserves the right to remove any item deemed objectionable for any reason
- Registration Fee is Non-Refundable or Transferable to another JACCK Event
- All proceeds from merchandise sales go to the individual vendors. Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying Missouri State sales tax where applicable.
- ALL County and State licenses, permits and taxes , are sole responsibility of the vendor
EVENT CANCELLATION BY JACCK FOUNDATION POLICY
- Event Reschedule (If Applicable)
- New date will be given promptly with in a 3-6 month time frame of original date
- Refunds will be permitted
LIABILITY POLICY
- JACCK Foundation for the Arts is NOT responsible for any medical emergencies/injuries while on the event premises to include parking garages/lots, hotel rooms, and/or event space. This includes the contraction of Covid-19.
- JACCK Foundation for the Arts is NOT responsible for lost or stolen property while on the event premises to include parking garages/lots, hotel room, and/or event space.
THE KARAOKE CRAFT MARKET IS SPONSORED BY JACCK FOUNDATION FOR THE ARTS. ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TO THE BENEFIT OF JACCK FOUNDATION FOR THE ARTS PROGRAMS 2024!
