Come join us for an intimate evening exploring the innermost workings of our minds, bodies, spirits and lineage. Hosted by MyceliOhm Foundation, Vanessa Cruz, Aaron Jiron, Amber Tarver and Richard Mosko. Ignite your senses and tap into your ancestral roots while being grounded and connected by plant and fungi medicine microdoses, and guided through a live, transformational soundscape woven with the sounds and vibrations of gongs, flutes, chimes, singing bowls and rain sticks.  🍄 Intro to Microdosing Magic Mushrooms: Guided by Vanessa Cruz, Amber Tarver & Richard Mosko of the MyceliOhm Foundation. Learn harm reduction techniques & begin to deepen your experience with a sub-perceptible dose of intentionally cultivated medicinal magic mushrooms and plants (CBD & THC friendly). 🧘 Qi Gong & Meditation: Balance your energy through movements that help strengthen your heart and benefit your mindset. Afterwards we will take you on a guided meditation to ground into your intentions and connect with your ancestors for the journey ahead. 🪈 Sound Journey Submersion: Through a transformational sound medicine experience release emotional blockages and find your peaceful center as your soul is soothed through the sounds of gongs, flutes, chimes, singing bowls and rain sticks. Led by Aaron Jiron & Vanessa Cruz. Once we settle back into our bodies we will hold an integration circle to process & close the ceremony. Yoga mats, padding and some blankets will be provided.  Participants are asked to bring their own pillows and refillable water bottles (if you don't have one that's ok, a few extras will be on hand for those who need either). Option to bring your own blanket, eye mask, plant medicine and snacks. We do ask that you don't eat within 2 hours before arriving. It is understandable if this doesn't meet with your dietary needs so please always prioritize those. Small snacks and tea will be available.
