Get your hands on an Aussie snag or two before you take to the field for backyard sports & games. Bring your friends and come to make new ones! The Big Aussie BBQ is a FREE outdoor summer event for the Australian community in New York. Food & beverages will be available to purchase, so come along to support your favorite Australian businesses. New to the city or coming alone? We'll have backyard cricket, Aussie Rules football, netball and other good old-fashioned activities (thong toss, anyone?) to connect you with our great Aussie community. Bring your whole family! The venue has a playground complete with water sprinklers for the kids to cool off in, so don’t forget those towels and togs/cossies/bathers.😎BYO picnic rugs and portable shade. The only thing that can top this day off is taking home a raffle prize! See you on Saturday! P.S No worries if you've already left the park before we draw the raffle on Saturday. We will reach out to the winners via email and organise pick-up in NYC.
