Includes 1 player spot in an 18 hole, , 4-man scramble format golf tournament as well as one bucket of range balls, raffle entry for door prizes, lunch, and invitation to participate in all events being offered during this tournament.  If signing up under single, include the names of your teammates or put "place on a team" and we will pair you up with other single entries.
