Whether you have previous skating experience or are putting on skates for the first time, our Skater School is for you! SKATER SCHOOL is a 9-week series of in-person training focused on roller skating skills needed to play roller derby. This session will not include playing roller derby or contact with other skaters but rather emphasize getting comfortable, stable, and safe on skates. Training will take place once a week on Sundays from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., followed by a 30-minute “Derby Mindset” talk hosted by the CLTRD team.  Skater School will kick off with an INFO SESSION for Registered and Waitlisted participants on Sunday, October 8th at 8:00 AM.
