Join Seed Yoga for a one hour yoga practice with Marni Task and Jen Atzberger, a 30 minute healing sound bath with Lauren Miceli of Sacred Rising Yoga, followed by a lunch social with vegetarian fare by chef Dena Fisher of Dena's Table.  Enjoy this wonderful, healing practice and food, while supporting FREE yoga outreach for youth, mental health, and parents' respite! Please bring a mat, and arrive 5-10 minutes early to sign a waiver and settle in.
