We recommend weights for EZ ups for possible winds. It is understood that the vendor shall not remove their booth/sales table prior to the end of the days event.  Non-compliance will force LVFC to exclude the offending vendor from future events.                SET UP: Saturday, June 29th, 2024 1pm to 5pm                       EVENT: Saturday, June 29th, 2024 5pm to 9pm           Vendors must maintain their spaces and remove all waste before leaving the event.     The vendor is expected to display professionalism, courtesy, and respect, when speaking or dealing with ANY guest. All spaces are 10x10 in size unless you are a food vendor. All fees are non refundable. After 3pm you will need to carry your inventory into the event. Vendors must be onsite by 3:30pm, otherwise you may not be let into the event and no refund will be issued.
