Why am I being charged a fee to register online?

You are not required to pay a fee. Zeffy is tailored for non-profits and does not charge fees. They do however give you an option to donate to the site to help them continue to be able to provide this great resource to non-profits like the UPCI. Zeffy auto populates a 17% donation when you are signing up. To avoid this, change the dropdown in the "Donate to Zeffy" section to ‘other’ and then select the amount you wish to give. If you do not wish to give, enter a zero. Please take special care on this part, as we will not be able to refund this donation if you put one in. It goes directly to Zeffy.

Will you issue refunds?

We will not be able to issue refunds if you decide to cancel. If you are unsure if you can make the event, please wait to register. If you are unable to attend after you registered, send an email to info@sctxyouth.com and we will defer your ticket to HYC 2026, or give you an equal credit toward youth camp 2025.
