Rental Rates
Auditorium Rental: $100.00/hr Minimum 4 hours $400.00
Studio Rental: $50.00/hr Minimum 4 hours $200.00
Rehearsal: $50.00/hr Minimum 4 hours $200.00
Staff: $20.00/hr Minimum 4 hour $80.00
Technicians: $25.00/hr Minimum 4 hours $100.00
Ushers: No Charge
Please note, a minimum of one staff member on-site is required for the duration of
rental.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: All special requests should be made at time of initial agreement,
may be subject to additional charges, and require final approval by the Managing Director.
DEPOSIT: A deposit equal to 50 percent of rental fee is required at time of booking to
secure rental date. The remaining balance will be due no later than 3 days prior to the
date of the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A minimum of 2 weeks notice of intent to cancel must be
provided or deposit fee will not be refunded.
INSURANCE: Proof of comprehensive general public liability insurance, including The
Flowertown Players and its agents as additionally insured under said policy, is required. A
copy of this insurance certificate must be provided at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
Although The Flowertown Players will be mindful of renter’s property, renter assumes all
responsibility for property left unattended in the theatre.
TERMINATION: Flowertown Players reserves the right to terminate this agreement if in its
sole discretion it is determined to be in the best interest of the theatre. If Flowertown
Players terminates this rental agreement, any collected fees will be returned to the
renter.
