This program is partially funded by a grant in order to reduce cost to the public.  Payment of your portion is required prior to appointment date or your appointment will be cancelled and you will move to the bottom of the list.   Failure to show up after payment made will result in no refunds and you will move to the bottom of the list.  In order to reschedule after a no show, you will be required to pay again and the first payment will be considered a donation to the program.   By making this payment I agree to bring my animals to my scheduled appointment and agree to the above terms.
