Lunch Selection

You will receive a follow-up email with a link to a form for selecting your lunch options. Please note that all selections must be submitted by August 19 to be included in the final catering order.

Guests who purchase VIP tickets after the deadline will still receive a lunch selection from the available menu options on the day of the festival.

Seating Information

VIP Table purchasers receive priority table placement as a benefit of purchasing a full VIP table. VIP tables will be assigned based on purchase date, with the earliest purchasers receiving tables closest to the stage. To ensure a fair and seamless experience for all guests, special seating requests cannot be accommodated before or on the day of the festival.

Festival Merchandise Coupon Terms

Merchandise coupons are non-transferable and valid only for the VIP ticket holder. Coupons may be used an unlimited number of times on qualifying transactions at the Festival Merchandise Booth during festival hours. A valid VIP wristband must be worn by the ticket holder and presented at the time of purchase.

Single seats at each table are unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The only way to guarantee seating with friends or family at the same table is to purchase all VIP Single Tickets together in the same transaction.
