The Rotary Club of Ending Child Abuse is hosting a 50/50 Raffle!  Launching on Monday, December 4th and closing on Tuesday, January 2nd. The Rotary Club of Ending Child Abuse is a Rotary District 7730 led initiative that consists of professionals, interested individuals, advocates, etc. to meet together, network and focus on elevating knowledge of the prevalence of child abuse, increase knowledge of existing strategies to build protective factors in communities, and determine ways to connect in communities to build strategies to end child abuse.  Our Club's Priority: The Rotary Club of Ending Child Abuse focus is to elevate and promote the understanding of the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) and build resilience of our members, those who serve and our communities. We accomplish this through: <ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Education (to children, families, and the public)</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Policy (working to enact and support policies that strengthen protective factors)</li></ul>Your contributions will support our Club’s domestic and international service projects, which are connected to our areas of focus of Raising Awareness of Child Abuse, Sustainability, and Literacy & Education.  This years’ Service Projects are Providing Health Education and Feminine Hygiene Products to girls in Kenya, Supporting the Boys & Girls Home of North Carolina (<a href="https://boysandgirlshomes.org/">https://boysandgirlshomes.org/</a>) and adopting or building Little Free Libraries in multiple areas (<a href="https://littlefreelibrary.org/">https://littlefreelibrary.org/</a>).  The raffle will close on January 2nd at 5 pm; total proceeds will be announced accordingly.  On Wednesday, January 3rd at 12 pm, our club will draw one lucky winner who will receive 50% of the overall proceeds from the raffle.
