Shawangunk Biking Association (SBA)

SBA Memberships

The Shawangunk Biking Association (SBA) is a NYS registered not-for profit. Your membership (donations) help support cycling activity, advocacy, projects and safety on the Shawangunk Ridge through our partner organizations: The Mohonk Preserve, Minnewaska State Park & Sam's Point, Mohonk Mountain House, and the Open Space Institute (OSI). We are based in the New Paltz and Gardiner area. We find that focusing our efforts on the ridge and the surrounding area makes the biggest impact in our immediate cycling community.

Our current 2025 projects are: bike centric signage and cycling resources for locals and visitors, NEW merch, and collaboration with local cycling stakeholders on trail usage and the prevalence of E-bike use ) You donations help build out infrastructure!
