This is a follow-up to our spring event “Securing Funding in a Challenging Environment", and will be an interactive panel discussion that aims to educate, inform - and entertain. Don't worry, if you didn't attend the spring event, this one will be all new information!
This event begins with cocktail networking and light appetizers. The panel discussion will be followed by a live Q&A with the audience and more refreshments and networking afterwards. Attendees are encouraged to engage with the panelists and each other to share insights and build valuable connections.

The event is located in Robert B. Rowling Hall. There is free street parking available in the government district below Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., and garage parking nearby. The first 30 registrants will get free parking in Rowling Hall parking garage. You will get an email notification and instructions, 2-3 days before the event, if you are 1 of the 30 registrants that earned free parking!

John Haynor
John Haynor is a Managing Director at Solebury Capital where he is the Head of Structured Equity and also advises growth companies across all products. Before joining Solebury in 2019, John worked in equity capital markets for 15 years most recently as a Managing Director at Jefferies. Prior to Jefferies, John worked on the Equity Capital Markets team at UBS. Over the course of his career, John has led the structuring and execution of IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, equity-linked offerings, SPAC capital raising and advisory, share repurchase strategies, 144A equity offerings and corporate derivative transactions. John has executed over 250 bookrun common stock and structured equity offerings for growth companies.
John is a graduate of Yale University and lives on Long Island, NY with his wife and three sons.
Jonathan Kleinman
Jonathan Kleinman founded AIQUEOUS in 2015 to provide a program management software platform for water and energy providers to deliver water conservation, energy efficiency and clean energy programs. AIQUEOUS was acquired by Apogee Interactive in 2023, funded by the growth equity firm M33 Growth, to create a full customer journey management platform for water and energy demand management and clean energy initiatives. The combined company is now known as Brillion (www.brillion.ai).
Kleinman has 25 years of professional experience in the utility industry, focusing on customer programs and services to drive the clean energy transition. He has served as an advisor to utility clients and participated in legislative and regulatory proceedings, managed third-party evaluations, directed program implementation teams, and worked directly with businesses and institutions to manage their energy use.
