We don't always consider that to be a parent; we must first be a person—a person with emotions, life experiences, victories, and sometimes trauma.  As parents, we often neglect our needs because we put our children above all. While this approach works for some better than others, we all NEED self-care.  On May 20th, you will have an opportunity to choose YOU.
