It is a theatrical lab, where theatre professionals hone their skills, stretch creative muscles, experiment, develop new plays, work with and get feedback from fellow actors, writers and directors away from the harsh glare of the public spotlight. Each year, selected works are shared with the public through a benefit production, contributing to the rich cultural arts hub of Connecticut. Membership in the Workshop is open to professional actors, writers and directors. However, you may donate your ticket back to the theatre and deduct it from your taxes. Exchanges: If the performance you wish to exchange your ticket for is not sold out, exchanges can be made with at least 24hr advance notice. Current COVID Attendance Policy: In alignment with the state of CT, we do not require patrons to provide proof of vaccination or to wear masks while attending events. However, we still strongly recommend mask-wearing and urge our patrons to be vaccinated. Parking: There is free parking on site at in the large lot behind Westport Town Hall.
