Ambleside School of Waco Fees

  • Student Application Fee: $150 
    • The Student Application Fee is due when submitting a student application 
  • Student Assessment Fee: $50 
    • The Student Assessment Fee is due when an applicant has been scheduled for an assessment 
  • Scholarship Application Fee: $30 
    • The Scholarship Application Fee is due upon submission of a scholarship application (applications will not be processed without payment of this fee) 
  • Student Supplies Fee: $400 
    • The Student Supplies Fee is due before the school year begins; this fee covers all student supplies for the year 
  • Tuition Deposit for 2025-26: $1,000* 
    • The Tuition Deposit is due after an applicant has been offered a seat in an ASW classroom; this deposit secures the seat and is applied to tuition for the 2025-26 school year (*this deposit is non-refundable beginning March 1, 2025*)
  • March 21 Field Study Fee: $15
    • This fee is for the March 21 trip to the Living History Day in College Station.
  • Conditioning Shirt Fee (per shirt): $12 
    • The conditioning shirts will be used up to twice weekly during conditioning class for students in 3rd grade and above during the 2025-26 school year
