June will be a lot like last years June fest, but mo better!

2023 is the year of the Peacock!

  • No tickets will be mailed - it is ALL wil-call. Print out your email receipt and bring it with you.
  • The furthest camping less than 5 minute walk to the stage!
  • LUSH green shaded camping.
  • EVERY camping spot shaded - No need for a land rush to get a great space!
  • Bands on the big stage Thursday evening, Friday, and Saturday + Wake-n-Bake Sunday!!
  • Our amazing (and now traditional) Thursday Dinner Potluck
  • We will begin to announce the lineup in March
  • Late night sets in the Dancehall Friday and Saturday!
  • Yoga + Sounds with Heaven and Braydon
  • Fireside Jams every night! (pretty much 24 hours!)
  • All night campground fun nightly!
  • Shared electric available for campsites and RVs
  • Onsite Flushers and showers!
  • Art installations and make your own art activities!
  • Workshops
  • Food Truck Friday through Sunday
  • Community Sourced Beverage Barn
  • Kick it in the River!
  • Burn Ceremony after the last set on Saturday around midnight (it gets primal!)

Please note:

  • Tickets are not refundable and may not be transferred to other events.
  • In the event you are unable to attend, you may find someone else to take your spot. Get in touch up to 24 hours prior to the event via info@coloradograss.org to arrange transfer to someone else's name.
  • This event is geared towards grownups. There aren't kids activities planned. It's a party with grown-ups doing party things you may not want your kids to see and the scene won't change because your kiddo is there. ALSO, we have very limited capacity - we get 150 people including artists and all guests - so every ticket counts in paying for the event. There are no "kids" tickets but kids need a ticket just like adults, same price. Thanks for understanding!
  • This is a private event which we make available to the community to allow others to immerse in the culture and creativity we celebrate as a group year round. Be kind, or you'll be asked to leave without refund and won't be allowed back.
  • When you purchase a ticket, that purchase is inclusive of membership in our community for the duration of your attendance at the event. Your purchase signifies your acceptance of the rules of membership and you understand that you are attending a private event, and that you may be asked to leave at any time.
  • No pets or animals of any kind may be brought on to the ranch/campground. The property is surrounded by working ranches. We've had visits from working farm dogs, llamas, and random livestock. There are local kennels in Berthoud, Longmont, and Loveland. Please get a sitter for your pet or make use of a kennel. If you show up with an animal, you'll be asked to leave and come back without it. No refunds issued.
  • The facilities are historic, built in the 1950s/60s and are not ADA compliant. We will have an ADA porta-pot on site. If you are wheelchair-bound you will need to attend with someone who is able to assist you.

Weekend Pass 6/22-25 2023
$225
Music and Camping Weekend Pass Thursday 6/22 to Sunday 6/25 2023 Tent camping opens at 1pm on June 22. This is an even geared towards grownups. If you have a "festival kid" or "concert kid" that's seen it all, you are welcome to bring them, but they need this ticket. There are no kids tickets or discounts. Everyone needs a ticket no matter the age. Please do not line up outside or near the entrance prior to that - there is no need! There is a LOT of fantastic camping available - more than we need for the number of tickets we'll be selling. Bring your tent and chill with us for music, food, and fun! Bring your music if you make it! Jams galore! On-stage music Thursday evening + all day Friday and Saturday + late nights! You may come and go, but there is no discount for not camping. Please understand we try to keep the price of tickets reasonable. So far, we've lost money on every event. These events cost a lot to produce! We rent the full facility for the duration of the event, we bring in a big professional covered stage, we hire Cheetah Sound to bring amazing gear and manage all facets of sound production for a top-notch experience every time, we hire experienced stage hands who are also musicians for fast turnover between acts, AND we pay the musicians, It adds up - and our capacity is only 150 including all musicians and volunteers. Our volunteers buy a ticket like everyone else to pitch in on the cost. We aren't looking for people to volunteer for a free ticket. Capacity is so small, it is impossible to give tickets away. We're a community and have fantastic attendees who help us make it happen! IF you'd like to be more involved and help setup, do tasks during the event, cleanup/tear down - please do get in touch! Just understand, we really don't have volunteer tickets.

SMALL RV Pass (25 feet and under)
$50
Small RV - (20 ft or less) Pass Thursday 6/22 to Sunday 6/25 2023 This ticket allows you to bring your RV 20ft or less. If unhooking your RV makes it 20ft or less, that works! Each person must also purchase a weekend pass to attend. Note: There is no sewer hookup or dump on-site. Small RV's are considered "boondockers" Electricity may be available on a shared basis but not guaranteed. There are outlets, but there may not be one right where you are parked. There is limited space for RVs, so the camp host does his best to park everyone so it works. Be prepared with an extension cable and splitter so it's easy to share. Plug-ins are 30-amp style - bring a splitter to be able to share. Due to the shared nature of electricity, don't plan on running AC or using anything that comes a lot of AC. It gets nice and cool at night and there's lots of shade! There is water available for filling up, but it is also shared. You'll be able to refill as needed, but no dedicated connections. All this said - everyone cooperates well and this has always worked out for everyone! VERY limited # of RV passes sold. When they are gone, they are gone! If you are dragging your RV, you'll need to unhook and park your truck away from the RV area. No generators allowed. If you need to leave the festival with your RV before Sunday, please let us know when you arrive so we can arrange for your departure. There is no re-entry with RVs.
