Join us as we honor this year's Unsung Heroes - Denise and Rudolph Williams - for their amazing contributions as sickle cell advocates who have worked tirelessly to promote research and to improve care for warriors and their families in Maryland and around the country. We are sorry to share that Denise Williams passed away on June 13, 2024.  We miss her dearly.  Denise was a wonderful woman and a fierce advocate for warriors and their families.  May she rest in peace.
