These highlight the significance of Yennayer and the Amazigh people’s contributions to North African heritage. The event often brings together the Amazigh people in diaspora and others interested in this ancient North African culture, fostering a sense of community and pride. The event also provides an opportunity for attendees to learn more about the Amazigh language (Tamazight), its script, Tifinagh, and ongoing efforts to preserve and promote it.
