Thank you for your joining Heights Youth Lacrosse! Please complete this form for the 2025 winter pre-season practice and spring competitive season. 

Before filling out this form, please register or renew with USA Lacrosse ($35). You will need your child’s member number to complete this form.

The Heights Youth Lacrosse Girls 5/6 program is for players currently enrolled in 5th or 6th grade. Players may reside in any city to be eligible to play. The goal of the program is to teach fundamentals of the sport, teamwork and develop an enthusiasm for lacrosse.

Winter pre-season practice

Starting January 8th

Mondays 5:30-7:00pm

Canterbury Elementary School

Spring practice

Starting April 2nd

Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-7:30pm

Roxboro Middle School
