What is Skills and Chill?
Arizona NICA GRiT (Girls Riding Together) is all about getting more girls on bikes! Whether you're an experienced rider or curious about trying cycling for the first time, this event is for you. Bring your friends and discover how much fun mountain biking can be in a supportive, relaxed atmosphere. Our goal is to help everyone feel more comfortable on their bikes while having a blast.

What to Expect:
Join our expert coaches and league staff for a lineup of exciting activities, including:

• Bike Skills Clinic
  Led by Scott Givens, a BICP Instructor and owner of Pedal Therapy. Learn essential mountain biking techniques to boost your confidence on the trails.

• What's in My Pack?
  Learn the basics of what to carry while riding and get hands-on experience plugging a tire.

• Fun with Hula Hoops
  Hosted by Stephanie McMillan, this fun activity will keep the energy high while adding a playful twist to the day!

• MTB Era Friendship Bracelets
  Craft your own friendship bracelet to take home as a memory of the day.

No Bike? No Problem!
We’ve got you covered with loaner bikes available for those who don’t have their own. Reserve yours ahead of time to ensure you're ready to roll.

No Registration Required
You don't need to be a registered rider or coach to join in the fun—just fill out a waiver and you’re good to go! This event is free and open to all girls with an interest in biking.
