This talk is geared toward identifying the potential hormonal effects on energy, appetite, weight gain and self confidence. Our speaker, Grace Campbell, is a certified personal trainer and lifelong athlete. She encourages activity at all ages, and enjoys working with those brand new to fitness and experienced athletes alike. Grace loves playing soccer and hanging out with her pup. She believes that fitness is a lifelong effort, and it’s never too late to start!
