• Business Level: For small retailers (1–4) locations and in-state farms
• Corporate Level: For larger retailers (5+ locations) and in-state manufacturers
• Platinum Level: For out-of-state farms, manufacturers, and distributors

Your NEHAA membership dues are used in a variety of ways to elevate the industry in Nebraska:

• Hire lobbyists to influence Nebraska legislators
• Make campaign contributions to Senators who support the hemp industry on our behalf
• Educate Nebraska’s legislators on the many benefits of hemp for consumers and the positive impact on Nebraska’s economy
• Employ attorneys to provide expert legal opinions
• Provide expert testimony at public hearings and special meetings
• Create responsible industry standards promoting good stewardship of the industry and product safety
• Develop sensible regulations to protect the industry and consumers
• Promote the industry through marketing and public relations activities
• Conduct research to gather persuasive data for presentations to legislators and public officials
• Create “Calls to Action” to mobilize consumers and the industry against unreasonable legislation
