How many times have you heard that one?  Or.. YOU'RE a firefighter ?? Turns out they have a point ! One Percent ain't exactly representation.  But you know what it is ??  THE TRUTH !!!!  We are one WHOLE percent of this department with numbers growing every graduating class ! Seeing as there's xxxxx of us, but only 169 of US !!!!  It'll be a win for me if we coming out knowing a little something about another woman so when we see each other in the world its stays love ! Examples of a little something: faces, names, companies, division, hometown, drink choice, old milestones, favorite country, dry erase or chalkboard, lmaoSOmething thats gonna stick.   COme out. No pressure no judgment no beef no agendas yes vibes yes games music & karaoke yes drinks
